2nd Shift Assembler - Full Time $18.00/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Assemble medical products and components using processes that include: Manual and automated processes involving solvent and adhesive bonding, printing, hole punching tip forming, dip forming and coating.

• Operate within Quality System and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Operate within Quality System Procedures (QSPs).
• Assemble, glue, inspect, and package medical devices in our clean room environment.
• Follow the Manufacturing Process Specifications to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
• Quality is our number one priority! Assemblers are expected to pay close attention to detail while using tools to measure, assemble, and perform quality checks on products.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require or to reduce fatigue.
• Complete required documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one year related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Assembly and/or medical device assembly a plus
• Experience in a leadership position a plus
• Ability to read and understand documents written in English such as safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be fluent and able to understand and speak English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with the assistance of a calculator.
• Understand how to read and use basic measuring tools such as a ruler.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Good eyesight- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
