We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (Patient Experience Specialist) to welcome patients and provide the best service possible. A positive and upbeat demeanor is essential while performing receptionist responsibilities including appointment scheduling, helping patients fill out paperwork, and explaining insurance benefits. You will ensure the patient leaves well-informed and prepared for their next appointment. This office administrator position is perfect if you are energetic, good at problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where we serve a high volume of patients each day.

What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years’ experience in a dental/medical office, or any combination of education, experience and training preferred
- Bilingual required (Spanish)
- Administrative experience preferred
