YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Quality Coordinator is an essential role to ensure the success of Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning programs and initiatives. The Quality Coordinator will work directly with and assist the Director of Quality and Quality Department with program roll outs, initiatives, and reporting. The Quality Coordinator will also be assisting the QA/Cx Managers and project teams with project setup, management, and closeout of applications for implementing, executing , and tracking the QA/QC and Commissioning processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist in the setup and closeout of QA/Cx applications used for executing Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning programs.
Monitoring and auditing of Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning Program to ensure regions, areas and/or projects are conforming and meeting program and customer expectations.
Monitoring and auditing of QA/Cx application data to ensure they are meeting program expectations and requirements.
QA/CX application technical assistance and support for the Quality, QA/Cx Regional Managers, and Field teams.
Review and analyze report and data trends for initiating continual improvements and procedure and process revisions.
Assist with management of the Quality & Commissioning Intranet page for content and access.
Assist with creating workflows and training content for our quality and commissioning processes and the applications used.
Provide feedback and input for continual QA/Cx program and general quality improvements.
Assist with manual, handbook, playbook, procedure, and form updates.
Assist and participate with creating, building, and delivering training content.
Coordinate monthly team meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Proficient in the use of BIM 360 and PlanGrid preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate or bachelor's degree construction management or related field
Electrical industry and quality experience preferred.
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range
$58,900.00-$77,300.00 AnnualThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
