We need an assistant who is technologically savvy and can navigate computer applications such as Office suite and a company computer system for organization of media files. These files document the sales of construction equipment and parts to contractors around the world. We are a niche construction company that specializes in conveyor belts and Creter Cranes to pour dams and bridges.

For this job, you will be working closely with the owner of the company, Robert Oury, as a secretary and administrative assistant.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, including paper, pens, ink/toner, etc.
  • Greet and sign in visitors, guide them to the appropriate location and make them feel at home
  • Keep detailed meeting notes
  • Answer and direct phone calls
