Roto-Rooter is hiring a lead water restoration technicians. We offer top-pay! First year lead water restoration technicians can expect to earn between $50,000 and $60,000. Pay increases quickly year after year as you gain Roto-Rooter experience. Responsibilities

As a Lead Water Restoration Technician, your responsibilities will include

• Arrive at customer site as scheduled
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
• Record all required documentation and all photographs as the job progresses
• As part of a crew, you'll remove water using pumps and specialized equipment
• Help crew remove damaged furniture, flooring and wall board
• Use specialized equipment to dry affected areas
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete the project in established time frame
• Ensure the project is complete to the customer's satisfaction
• Lead by example

Requirements

Top consideration will be made to candidates who have service technician experience, preferably in the restoration industry; strong customer service skills, and individuals who are able to communicate effectively with customers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Water restoration certifications a plus.
