This role is key in responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner ensuring we are all following the support level agreement at Rotork.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will have the opportunity to understand overall concepts of cybersecurity, network configuration/support, system administration, azure, and Microsoft administration.
A candidate will be well suited for the IT apprentice role if one is seeking exposure to different facets of Information Technology, able to support on a global aspect, and highly motivated by continuous growth.

Experience Requirements:
- Willingness to learn with end-user desktop support, computer operations environment, and the IT ticketing system, ServiceNow.
- Understanding the overall concept of – Active Directory, Microsoft O365 Administration, and Office Suite Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016.
- Proficient with desktop environments (Windows 10 & Windows 11).
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn and work with a team.
- Organisation – self-motivated with good time management skills to manage own workload.
- Communication – excellent listening plus written and spoken skills. Empathise and understand different cultures.
- Analytical thinker – resolve problems with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Adaptable – cope with the unexpected, manage problems.
