- Engages with guests waiting for takeout orders
- Answers the phones timely with proper phone etiquette, according to round table pizza standards
- Takes guest takeout orders via phone or in person, following the takeout steps of service
- Displays salesmanship by recommending items, upselling add-ons and customizations to enhance guests take out experience
- Utilizes point-of-sale system to enter takeout and all other orders using proper cash handling procedure
