Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (“AVP”) – Accounting will report directly to the Vice President – Controller. The AVP – Accounting will have critical daily, weekly, and monthly operating responsibilities as the first level manager responsible for all accounting related to the Servicing and MSR business segments of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. The AVP will play a key role in ensuring that all transactions of the segments have been properly accounted for and accurately reflect the company's accounting policies. This position will also be responsible for internal and external reporting including review and or preparation of accurate responses to the information requirements of state licensing entities and governmental agencies. In addition to operational responsibilities, this individual will be an integral member of multiple project teams tasked with re-engineering the accounting and cash flow processes associated with the operation of the segments.
