Large family-owned and operated, multi-rooftop Automotive Group in Paramus, NJ is seeking a professional, highly motivated Front Desk Supervisor. We strive to hire and retain a dedicated, collaborative team and this is a great opportunity to join us.
The candidate must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, be very organized, and have proficient use of Microsoft Office.
This is a Full-Time Position, and we are looking to hire immediately. We are prepared to offer comprehensive training and are open to candidates of varying experience levels.

Daily responsibilities include:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and covering the front desk reception as needed for all
three locations.
Reviewing our call monitoring system to assist in our goal of excellent customer
satisfaction.
Organizing reports for marketing
Monitoring individual employees’ corporate status and training requirements
Consolidating customer data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Requirements:
Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Exceptional phone/communication skills
Very organized
Outstanding computer skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office
