Join Our Team!

We need: A full-time retail florist with a minimum 2 years of floral, retail / customer service experience.

You are: A candidate with strong floral, retail and/or sales background. Experienced with working as a team. Floral Design and Plant Design experience a must. Candidate must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, show great organizational skills, possess good salesmanship, work ethics as well as excellent interpersonal skills with customers that includes meeting the clients needs in a timely, efficient and pleasant way. Teamwork across all channels of the company and with all coworkers is a must.

Daily Duties:

-Working closely with team

-Day to day operations at our retail florist shop.

-Floral and Plant Care

-Floral and Plant Sales

-Floral Design

-Floral Product Creation & Merchandising

-Working with Customers and Repeat Clients

-Shop Merchandising
-Assisting clients with arrangements, bouquets and plants as well as sales in person and over the phone

-Showroom Maintenance
