We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role reports to the Assistant Controller and will play a key role in driving the results for the HOA Management Business and overall enterprise. You will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role reports to the Assistant Controller and will play a key role in driving the results for the HOA Management Business and overall enterprise. You will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Responsibilities Of This Role Include But Not Limited To
- Bill HOA Management fees and other ancillary fees related to HOA Management business
- Apply cash payments timely and accurately
- Support integration of newly acquired companies through several tasks including management fee billing, payroll posting, and others
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Drive month-end closing journal entry preparation and posting in ERP
- Drive balance sheet account reconciliation process
- Record credit card activity in GL. Also, support the Company as we transition to Concur for credit cards and expense reports
- Foster strong working relationships with HOA Management team
- Other projects as assigned by manager
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to problem solve and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft office
