Responsibilities
- Deliver overall design vision on projects
- Develop and execute uniform brand standards and monitor projects to ensure quality is met
- Manage teams and projects to gain opportunities for growth and marketplace expansion while meeting financial goals
- Weekly 1:1 meetings with Principals and teams
- Inspire through action, advice, guidance, and direction
- Successfully delegate and empower team members allowing agency over their time
- Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the firm
- Foster an engaging and collaborative hybrid studio environment
- Demonstrate positivity, resolve, and solutions-based outlook
- Spend time in both Aspen/Denver studios
- Demonstrate well-rounded adaptable leadership on projects and for the firm as a whole
- Actively participate in recruiting efforts, hiring, and performance evaluations
- Actively support team member’s wellbeing, career, and professional growth while providing timely and professional feedback
- Implement training objectives firm wide and to individuals
- Proficient in all R B software platforms with the ability to mentor others on software and standards
- Foster and champion intentional lines of professional communication
- Identify patterns and opportunities for additional training and organizational evolution
- Monitor and maintain a pulse on the firm to make recommendations to Executive Team to achieve the firm’s objectives
- Identify and escalate potential risks to Executive Team
- Lead and deliver firm initiatives, goals, and objectives
- Lead at least one Committee or similar initiative at R B
- Participate in Leadership Team meetings to gain firm understanding and approach
Requirements
- Demonstrated successful completion of projects and all design phases at R B or equivalent
- Know and demonstrate knowledge of all related positions while being able to take on tasks of all levels
- Strong time management skills while maintaining ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in an accredited degree program
- Licensure and or accreditation preferred, or gained within 2 years of promotion
- 1 years with R B preferred
- 1 year of leading or supporting a firm initiative designated by the leadership team
- 4 years managing and delegating project requirements to teams
- 8 years of architectural, interior design, or related field experience preferred
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 (Salary DOE and Location)
