Job Posting for Administrative Assistant - Hotel Sales & Catering Dept at Royal American Hospitality
Under general supervision, performs a variety of secretarial duties and administrative tasks for the Sales Manager and the Convention Services Manager; assists in the maintenance and completion of a group once a signed contract is received by the Sales Manager. Builds, manages and maintains relationships with the client from definite status through the group check out process and billing; performs related duties as required.

Minimum Job Requirements/Education:
Minimum 2 years varied clerical experience (preferred).
Minimum 2 Year Hospitality (Hotel) Front Office, Reservations and or accounting experience (preferred).

Experience:
Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
Front Office Reservation and/or Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
