Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated sales person who takes pride in achieving personal selling goals to join our team at our Winchester Rd location! Responsibilities include greeting, engaging, determining a customer’s needs, and closing the sale ensuring a customer focused experience and outstanding service.
The right candidate will work on commission based salary. You will get a base hourly rate as well as weekly checks. However, each month you will get a commission check based on sales. Any weekly checks paid the prior month to you, will come out of your monthly commission check.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (preferably in furniture business)
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Possesses drive and is goal-oriented
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic, positive, and "can do" attitude
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Commission sales experience
- Must be flexible to work a retail schedule of 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
