FULL-TIME MOTIVATED MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

ABOUT US:
Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of care for our residents in our skilled nursing facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Maintenance Director in ongoing and preventative maintenance of the facility and grounds.
The Maintenance Assistant reports to the Maintenance Director
Past trade or maintenance related experience required
Assist with waste disposal, snow removal and pest control
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates possess the ability to perform routine mechanical and structural repairs
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations, OSHA Standards and Life Safety Codes are preferred.
Confidentiality and adherence of resident rights and employee confidentiality.
