Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets.
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and securities laws
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate non-profit.
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and securities laws
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
