Royal Plus, Inc. is currently seeking an Claims Administrator for our Berlin,MD office. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handle Emergency Mitigation/Restoration calls
- Work closely with Estimators, Project Managers and Field Technicians
- Data entry
- Spreadsheet maintenance
- Accounts receivable
- Several other office duties assigned

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. with rotating evenings/weekends during peak season.
Qualification/Skills:
- Must have a valid drivers license, with reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 3 years of Excellent Customer Service experience
- 3 years of QuickBooks experience
- 3 years of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook experience
- 1 years of Commercial & Residential Restoration experience
- 3 years of Data Entry & Spreadsheet Maintenance
- 1 years of TPA experience: XactAnalysis, Alacrity & Symbility
- Type 40 wpm
- Knowledge of industry policies
- Communicate well; verbally and written
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Maintain Teamwork with Respect at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Available weekends & holidays for on-call rotation after training.
- Available to work overtime when required.
- Available to travel with our CAT Team if needed
- Personable and professional individual who makes a good first impression with customers
Job Duties:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Dispatch Emergency Calls to our Mitigation Department
- Schedule Reconstruction, Mold Remediation & Asbestos Abatement Inspections with local Estimator
- Create job files & enter customer's information into company software.
- Data Entry
- Spreadsheet Maintenance
- Invoicing
- Post payments
- Job Tracking
- Work closely with Project Managers, Insurance Carriers/Adjusters & Property Management Groups
- Update TPA notes and correspondence from Adjusters
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required.
- Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms and continuously repeat the same hand, arm finger motion many times as in typing.
