Position Overview:
This role will be part of the manufacturing support team, engaging with a variety of stakeholders to create deliver, monitor, and measure appropriate technical training.

In this function you will:
· Learn RPS products
· Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
· Design effective training programs
· Conduct group and individual training sessions.
· Prepare training materials (summaries, videos etc.)
· Support and mentor new employees
· Monitors, tracks and schedules training to complete training checklists, including re-certifications
· Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
· Keep attendance and other records, informing area leaders of progress
· Reviews training process with trainee and provide feedback; Adjusting the training plan as needed
· Cross trains co-workers in various manufacturing operations as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent;
· Minimum three (3) years' manufacturing experience
· Minimum one (1) year supporting training or coaching efforts
· Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred Qualifications:
· PLEX Experience
· Technical certification or degree
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
· Experience in automotive industry
Position Criteria:
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally and to influence without direct authority
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and computer skills (i.e. Power Point, Excel & Word)
• Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
