Royalty Roofing is a full-service residential and commercial exterior contractor serving Northeast Ohio. We are looking for team members that want to make a difference in the lives of other team members as well as our customers. Our trades include roofing, siding, gutters, windows and more.
Job Duties:
· Recruit, train, and coach new salespeople
· Assist in managing digital footprint and inbound company lead generation
· Identify potential inbound customers that don’t require an onsite visit
· Utilize technology to design and propose our customer’s exterior project
· Facilitate the sales process from beginning to end
· Work with customers to identify specific needs for their home or business
· Generate sales through customer referrals, digital door knocking, cold calling, company provided leads, and previous customers
· Develop and Maintain referral networks with your clients, through social media, as well as partners consisting of insurance agents, real estate agents, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, property managers, etc.
· Remotely Communicate and deliver customer proposals in an easy-to-understand manner
· Re-Engage previous potential prospects

DO YOU QUALIFY?
- Experience in managing and recruiting a diverse workforce
- Desire to work hard, resolve issues, and flexibility to deliver exceptional customer service
· Must have strong social/people skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to sell and close contracts.
· Successful sales and/or customer service experience
· Techy Savvy with the ability to learn and master our CRM and estimation software
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $65k base salary with unlimited commission potential
