Job Description/Responsibilities:
1. Empty Trash cans located on the promenade and in the parking lots
2. Pick up trash and clean the promenade, parking lots and sidewalks
3. Clean the corridors, utility rooms, trash room and loading docks
4. Wipe down benches and trash cans
5. Clean windows on select storefronts
6. Water plants that are not connected to the irrigation system (i.e. planter boxes on the promenade)
Compensation:
$15 / Hour - $16 / Hour Friendly, comfortable working environment.
Work Hours:
Variable Hours including weekends and evenings- Part time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
