The position of Junior Designer is to provide support services to the mechanical design engineers. The primary responsibility will be to provide documentation for mechanical systems utilized to mount and support audio visual displays and systems. This individual will design documentation & updates for both sales presentations as well as converting those designs into detail material lists and products for submission to fabrication.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrated ability in the use of Solidworks & AutoCAD software

· Design experience of structures and components for the support and positioning of visual display products preferred.

· Ability to edit & detail complete 3D models including fully detailed build drawings of each component and assembly within the design.

· Individual will be involved in the design and detailing of Video Wall Structures, Cube Pedestals, Kiosks, Flat Panel display mounts for both singular and matrix arrays

· Incorporate changes & mark ups of product design documentation for final drawing packages

· Provide complete and detailed bill of materials for all components

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Organized and able to track multiple ongoing project tasks
• Computer literacy (SolidworksTM, AutoCAD, MS Office products)
• Problem solving Skills and Self Driven Creativity

Pay: $38,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
