Hiring Full Time Appointment Setters
In person role / $15-$20 an hour/Availability to start ASAP
We are actively seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team! Solar is one of the fastest growing industries, not only switching to solar benefits the environment, it lowers the utility bill and provides value to the home. We are hiring for multiple retail locations in the area to represent Legacy Solar as a solar appointment setter.
Our company wants you to grow with us. As the solar industry grows 12 times faster than the rest of the economy, you can help homeowners save tens of thousands of dollars and increase their home value with zero out of pocket costs. We are looking for passionate and self motivated sales candidates to join our team.
In this role you will be trained on Legacy's products and services to discuss with potential customers and explain the benefits of switching to solar. You will be trained on how to encourage qualified potential customers to set up a free appointment with one of our sales consultants to learn more. This provides leads for our sales consultants, and aids them in selling the best solar systems to our customers.
This is an in person role inside a big box retail store.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Approach and converse with potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar
- Qualify potential customers for one of our solar systems
- Sign qualified potential customers up for an appointment with one of our sales consultants
- Enter customer information, current utility bill, and appointment information into computer database
- Strive to turn every interaction into an appointment set
- Maintain a positive energy and professionalism at all times
- Maintaining knowledge on all our products and services to give customers the most accurate information
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned

Requirements:
- Be available for full time in person employment
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Have a passion for talking and engaging with people on a daily basis
- Must be comfortable approaching people in store
- Have the ability to hit individual and team goals
- Have the ability to retain knowledge on our products and services
- Must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time
- Must be willing to do a background check
- Excited to learn about solar
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
