Event Fundraiser - Full Time
We're seeking outgoing candidates to join our team, where you'll represent a globally recognized charity focused on making a meaningful impact on kids in the foster care system. Here you will play a crucial role as the face of the organization. In this role on a daily basis you will be participating in various, local, in person events, both indoors and outdoors. During these events, your role will involve engaging with potential donors, explaining our mission, and answering any questions they may have. The goal is to raise maximum funds for our cause while fostering enjoyable interactions and building connections.
We seek candidates who are extremely personable and at ease conversing with diverse groups in public settings. Individuals who thrive within our company usually possess prior experience in positions such as servers, sales associates, or general customer service roles. This is an entry level, in person role, no prior experience is required. Candidates applying must have their own transportation to and from events.

Qualifications:
- Driver's license and own reliable transportation is required
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 )
- Must be comfortable engaging with various groups of people all day
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving donation targets
- Capable of working outdoors

Responsibilities:
- Learn about the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up, the execution/presenting our charity partners' message to the community, and reporting back with results
- Participate in team meetings and mandatory trainings where goals will be discussed, set, and also contribute individual feedback to improve our efforts
- Participate in diverse in-person events, held both indoors and outdoors
- Strive to turn every conversation into a backpack, bike, or subscription sold
- Driven and motivated to meet individual and team goals
