You will have the opportunity to meet with homeowners to discuss the advantages of switching to solar energy, set up appointments, and assess their suitability for a solar system in this role. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving history required
- 1-3 years of sales experience required
- Detail oriented and organized
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be able to work with limited to no supervision
- Motivated to maintain goals
Responsibilities:
- Meeting homeowners at their home to discuss the benefits of solar
- Qualify and set appointments for customers looking to learn more
- Learn sales skills to negotiate and close sales, build rapport, and hone your skills
- Answer questions and make suggestions based on home and budget
- Negotiate and close sales
- Guide customers through the installation process
- Participate in weekly team meetings designed to help you continuously grow and learn
- Learn to build and retain your customer base
- Effectively schedule and prioritize your daily work activities
Salary : $15 - $22
