Job Type: Full time - In person

We're seeking outgoing candidates to join our team, where you'll represent a globally recognized charity focused on making a meaningful impact on kids in the foster care system. Here you will play a crucial role as the face of the organization. In this role on a daily basis you will be participating in various, local, in person events, both indoors and outdoors. During these events, your role will involve engaging with potential donors, explaining our mission, and answering any questions they may have. The goal is to raise maximum funds for our cause while fostering enjoyable interactions and building connections.

We're looking for individuals who are naturally sociable and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in public settings. Those who excel in our environment often have prior experience in roles like servers, sales associates, or general customer service. This is an entry-level, in-person position that doesn't require previous experience. Candidates should have their own transportation to and from events.

• This position is ideal for servers, individuals with prior customer service experience, or recent college graduates

• With dependable transportation, you're prepared to commute and work in person
• You enjoy putting yourself out there, meeting and interacting with new people

Qualifications:

• Driver's license and own reliable transportation is required
• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 )
• Must be comfortable engaging with various groups of people all day
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving donation targets
• Capable of working outdoors

Responsibilities:

• Learn about the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up, the execution/presenting our charity partners' message to the community, and reporting back with results
• Participate in team meetings and mandatory trainings where goals will be discussed, set, and also contribute individual feedback to improve our efforts 
• Participate in diverse in-person events, held both indoors and outdoors
• Strive to turn every conversation into a backpack, bike, or subscription sold
• Motivated and determined to achieve both personal and team sales objectives

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation: Commission-based

Requirements: Drivers license and reliable transportation

Salary : $30,000 - $45,000
