Retail Event Fundraiser Full - Time In Person
We're in search of dynamic individuals to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in representing a globally recognized charity dedicated to making a meaningful impact on children in the foster care system. You will serve as the public face of the organization, actively participating in various local, in-person events, both indoors and outdoors, on a daily basis. Your responsibilities during these events will include engaging with potential donors, sharing our mission, and addressing any questions they may have. The primary objective is to raise maximum funds for our cause while fostering enjoyable interactions and building connections.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are naturally sociable and at ease engaging with diverse audiences in public settings. Successful candidates in our environment often have prior experience in roles such as servers, sales associates, or general customer service. This is an entry-level, in-person position that doesn't require previous experience. Candidates should have their own transportation to and from events.

Qualifications:
- Driver's license and own reliable transportation is required
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 )
- Must be comfortable engaging with various groups of people all day
- Able to stand for extended periods

- Capable of working outdoors

Responsibilities:
- Learn about the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up, the execution/presenting our charity partners' message to the community
- Participate in team meetings and trainings where goals will be discussed, set, and also contribute individual feedback to improve our efforts
- Participate in diverse in-person events, held both indoors and outdoors
- Strive to turn every conversation into a backpack, bike, or subscription sold
- Motivated and determined to achieve both personal and team sales objectives
Requirements: Drivers license and reliable transportation
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation: Commission-based
Salary : $30,000 - $45,000
