Sales Representative

Flexible Scheduling/Projected $40-$60,000 yearly salary

Our organization works closely with a charity that has been well-regarded for over 50 years. This organization works to end child abuse, extricate children from abusive households and place them in a secure foster family. There are advocacy centers located all throughout the United States that contain therapeutic programs for children. Funds collected are used to open additional advocacy centers, provide physical and mental health services to children, and donate everyday necessities, ensuring children possess their own belongings. 

We are looking for passionate people to join our team as face-to-face sales representatives and develop with us. This job requires frequent visits to various weekly events and areas with high volumes of people, such as markets, stores, and trade shows, to interact with people and promote our cause. You will make connections with people, replying to inquiries, and encouraging people to purchase items which will benefit the children. We need driven individuals motivated to hit individual and team sales goals with the desire to impact the world while expanding their personal and professional horizons. 

It is essential that applicants possess a very outgoing personality, as the primary responsibility of this role is interacting with other people. They should be comfortable interacting with people, be motivated to make every interaction result in a sale, and be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, and have the strength to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities: 

• Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and exceed goals
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss results and communicate thoughts 
• Manage assigned events to maximize outreach to target prospects
• Help brainstorm and execute fundraising campaign ideas 
• Having an ever growing knowledge on our charity organization's history to answer questions from potential donors 
• Encourage guests to purchase products and explain where their sale would be going to 
• Building a donor community that can effectively change lives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Customer service experience required 
• Ability to attain and exceed performance goals 
• Team players 
• Full time/Part time Availability 
• Must be comfortable standing for multiple hours a day required
• Must be comfortable working at indoor and outdoor required

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
