Hiring Experienced Sales Professionals!

$45k Annual base salary plus commission, and full benefits

In this position you will work closely with potential customers providing them the best customer service as you guide them through the steps of converting from traditional power usage to clean, solar energy. You will educate and conduct presentations on the benefits to the environment, how switching to solar can lower utility bills, and how it can add value to homes. You will also distribute marketing materials, lead generate, qualify potential customers, and appointment set.

We are looking for candidates with previous sales experience, who are extremely outgoing and personable. Candidates should also be comfortable approaching homes in a residential setting to lead generate, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $45k, plus commission and performance based bonuses= 80-100k annually

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing the best customer service experience and utmost professionalism at all times
  • Conducting sales presentations educating potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy
  • Guiding customers on what products would work best for their home and financial situation 
  • Lead generating in a residential setting, qualifying potential customers, and appointment setting
  • Distributing marketing materials in applicable residential areas 
  • Following up with customers throughout the installation process for customer satisfaction 
  • Participate in meetings and training to maintain skills and continuously learn 
  • Must maintain organization and timeliness 

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have about 2-3 years of previous sales experience
  • Must be comfortable approaching residential homes 
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Motivation to hit individual and team goals
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have valid driver's license/clean driving record
  • Previous closing and negotiation skills preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
