Job overview:
Client is looking for a motivated, self-driven and reliable individual who will be responsible for creating Pricing Agreements (formerly Price Books) in OpenInvoice. The individual will be responsible for reviewing and translating executed agreements into a Pricing Agreement in OpenInvoice. The individual will work closely with the project team to ensure Pricing Agreements are created accurately and in a timely fashion.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Strong data entry and data administration skills with a high level of accuracy required
* Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams
* SAP and/or CLM experience preferred
* OpenInvoice experience preferred, PriceBook experience a plus
* Advanced excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
* Ability to read and interpret contractual documents
Qualifications:
* Degree not required
* Minimum 2 years business experience required
