What are the responsibilities and job description for the Control Systems Specialist / Test Technician position at RPOI?
- Promote a safety-first culture and lead by example within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Execute routine and specialized tests to ensure product quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, utilizing end-of-line test equipment
- Utilize diagnostic tools (vendor software, multi-meters, oscilloscopes) for troubleshooting controls components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing test systems (automated test solutions developed by internal manufacturing test engineering team)
- Demonstrate proficiency in PLC systems (e.g. Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens), including troubleshooting ladder logic.
- Maintain accurate test records and collaborate with engineers on solutions and test coverage improvements.
- Participate in the calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
