The Business Communication Services (BCS) St. Charles facility provides outsourced transactional document production and mailing services - including the presentment and delivery of data and documents via electronic media. St. Charles specializes in complex, data intensive applications with variable imaging, dynamic content, and extensive personalization. Located 40 miles west of Chicago, the facility was built in 1990 and provides in-house programming and document composition with complete electronic prepress services.
This is a 1st Shift Position - 9am - 5pm

Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in the Hand Inserting Department. Provides clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents. Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing. Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions. May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests. Responsible for maintaining department files. Assist with production planning and special projects.
Required Skills

- Experience with Microsoft office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access.
- Good organizational and communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate in English; read, write, speak
- Ability to read and interpret data and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours
- Walking/standing, 6-7 hours
- Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.50 to $26 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $1,000], overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
