REMOTE- PYTHON DEVELOPER- only W2/FULLTIME

REMOTE START

Role: Python Developer.

Salary: $110k-$120k

Location: Remote (Preference is Visa Independent candidates).

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in an agile SCRUM team, involve actively in analysis, design, estimation, and implementation of new features as defined by our Product Owners.
• Should be an excellent team player.
• Ensure that development and QA best practices are followed and collaborate with R&D managers and other tech leaders to continuously improve the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in architecture reviews to evolve our platforms and products.
• Help troubleshoot field issues for current deployments of the product.
• Work with R&D management to support the professional evolution of the development team members.
• Take ownership of the build, integration, and delivery pipeline.
• Set up, manage, and maintain the infrastructure required for the development process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience with Education Qualification of BE/BTech/MTech/MS.
• Good hands-on experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded distributed Java applications.
• Good understanding of programming languages and tools including Java/J2EE, JavaScript, React.JS, Angular.JS , CSS and HTML.
• Hands-on experience programming with web technologies and protocols including Spring Framework, Microservices ,REST, JSON, and HTTP.
• Good exposure with cloud and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of persistence frameworks, data stores, SQL and relational databases and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Exposure to GenAI (LLM providers like OpenAPI, Gemini, Claude)is a plus.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and test automation frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Exposure to data network protocols such as TCP, UDP, etc. is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in scripting languages such as python and bash is a plus.
• Good understanding of OOD/OOP, Agile/SCRUM, and test-driven development processes.
• Excellent communication skills including technical and conversational speaking, writing and presentation Skill.
