Hiring Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr. (The anticipated starting salary pay range of $70,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr. is based on minimum requirements for this position. Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of experience of relevant experience. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)

RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for a Facility Lead who will be responsible for, but is not limited to; managing, operating and maintaining the Legacy Management (LM) support facilities, parking lots, paved roadway, trail signage and markers, pedestrian bridge, and boardwalk, as well as assist and support in the development and implementation of LM’s Facility Management Program and its integration in the operations of LM.
This position is required to travel and be in the field up to 10% of the time.
Primary responsibilities and essential functions:
- Coordinate the management, operations, and maintenance of assigned LM facilities to include the required variance analysis and other financial reporting requirements.
- Support updates to the Facility Management Plan.
- Plan, organize, direct and control project specific meetings, documents, assessments, corrective actions, and other Facility Lead required duties.
- Act as the primary contractor point of contact (POC) with DOE, lessees, contracts, purchase orders, and emergency services for assigned physical facilities.
- Be responsible and support safety and compliance for the assigned site or office location.
- Assist in the establishment of and enforcement of rules and procedures to ensure personnel safety and security.
- Responsible for compliance with integrated work control process.
- Ensure that work being done by the contractor and its subcontractors is authorized properly through the plan of the day and the plan of the week.
- Be accountable for logistical and budgeting for office space decisions.
- Ensure that leases and associated infrastructure-support contracts are current.
- Responsibility for ensuring implementation of the applicable asset/facility management requirements for each assigned facility.
- Oversight of site facility and supporting facility operations issues, including standards in NFPA 101: Life Safety Code (NFPA 2015) prepare Statements of Work, review Job Safety Analyses, and support procurement of support services for operating facility, processes, and offices.
- Coordinate and conduct routine corrective and preventive maintenance activities
- Support the Real Property and Personal Property organizations, as needed.
- Assist other functional groups in conducting quality assurance, safety and health, and Environmental Management System (EMS) audits of facility.
- Provide technical evaluations and support to the Project Services subgroups (1) Engineering Management and (2) Construction Support and Site Maintenance, for facility designs and project management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work experience, skills, and capabilities needed:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with the internal and external clients on various facility related issues.
- Mathematical and computer skills.
- Ability to interpret government regulations and mandates for reporting purposes.
- Proficient Technical writing ability
- Experience conducting data analysis.
- This position also may require off hour response due to alarms, weather, etc.
Technical knowledge, certifications/licenses, and software proficiency required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email.
- Valid driver’s license.
Desirable qualifications, experience, or proficiencies of the ideal candidate:
- Knowledge using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficient using the software system Auto Cad and Archibus.
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or related field with a minimum 10 years’ experience. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The employee exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
Able to travel on uneven ground for several miles (2-4 miles) occasionally under adverse weather conditions. Much of the traveling is up and down hills. Able to work in hot, cold, windy, and sometimes wet conditions. Able to work alone for several hours per day in the field.
