Floor Tech

• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, strips, waxes and polishes floors using industrial machines.
• Cleans carpet with vacuum cleaners and by carpet cleaning bonneting system process.
• Assist janitorial staff with sanitizing restrooms, empties trash, on occasion using ladders, and dusts and washes walls, ceilings, and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
• Washes and replaces blinds.
• Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, upholstery and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• May also sweep walks, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Set up carts & brut barrels; reline brut barrels with small &large liners.
• Pull trash from offices change liners, wipe desk tops as you pull your trash
• Vacuum all offices and close doors after areas are done (Able to lift 45 lbs)
• Detail section each night
• Restroom cleaning
• Set cart-up replenish supplies
• Replenish ,toilet tissue 
• Empty trash (including sanitary boxes)
• Toilet, urinals ,sinks, clean  thoroughly
• Clean all walls by wiping
• Wipe clean all stainless steel
• Sweep floor under toilets urinals
• Wet mop floor
• Use air freshener
• Restock cart for next day
