Planned Maintenance Technician

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly competent Planned Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team to help maintain the customer facility assets and ensure that they are running in good working order.

Responsibilities :

• Perform planned maintenance on facility systems and kitchen equipment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Ensure planned maintenance on equipment is completed within scheduled intervals on a continuous basis to ensure the continued operation of the facility and equipment.
• Maintain regular and detailed records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed on any equipment or system by noting them on its corresponding ticket in Zoho Desk system.
• Ability to clean drain pipes and replace air conditioning filters.
• Ability to change or tighten belts, replace fan motors, clean condensers, and evaporator coils.
• Greasing pulleys / bearings.
• Replace contactors and capacitors.
• Perform minor repairs to facility’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems, as needed. Make sure to notify the service technician if major repair on the equipment is required.
• Assist in other equipment repair and maintenance projects, as assigned.
• Other tasks as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of Planned Maintenance Technician or facilities experience preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, hot-side equipment, cold-side equipment and other related restaurant equipment systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment repair tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a clean driving record and successfully pass criminal background and drug screenings.
