As a Customer Care Rep, you will be responsible for promptly and courteously receiving incoming customer phone calls and gather the most information in the least amount of time. The candidate needs to be able to efficiently interact with unhappy customers in a professional manner in order to properly identify and resolve issues. In addition, The Customer Care Rep is also responsible for accurately and quickly utilizing our computer systems to verify/research data and information to appropriately answer customer questions.
