RTN sales representatives are provided paid class room and field training and continuous training to advance reps to their maximum potential.
Register Tape Network pioneered selling advertising space on supermarkets cash register tape receipts using four color professionally printed ads since 1951, and over the past 10 years added dollar general stores. Providing the best nationally recognized in store branding.
Applicant must meet the below requirements:
1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales experience
Memorize the RTN presentation (earn $250.00 bonus)
Coachable
Closing Skills
Professional phone skills
Reliable transportation
Driver’s license
Auto insurance
Positive attitude
Field representatives daily responsibilities:
Work within the weekly assigned territory.
Prospect for leads
Average 75 to 100 dials daily to confirm F2F appointments.
RTN Compensation; $32K Annual salary (pays weekly) bonuses, uncapped commission. The average sales representative earns $75K to $85 annually and top performers are earning $90K to $100k per year. Field sales representatives are paid weekly.
Salary bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses a salary.
Uncapped commissions as high as 30%
