RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, MN, is a global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics. The company has over 20 manufacturing plants located in the United States, Mexico, Germany, France, Singapore and China. RTP Company engineers develop customized thermoplastic compounds in over 60 different engineering resin systems for applications requiring color, conductive, elastomeric, flame retardant, high temperature, structural, and wear-resistant properties.
We are currently seeking a CRM Administrator in our Fort Worth, TX facility. This position implements, supports, documents, and trains others with respect to the organization’s CRM and SharePoint applications and programs. This will include base applications, mobile versions, and integration tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support and maintenance of the company’s CRM and Sharepoint systems and performs routine database monitoring and functional testing to ensure performance and availability
- Maintains security for users and user groups
- Evaluates and activates new/additional features and functions that best support the company’s needs
- Develops and enhances workflows, develops and prepares reports on system activity
- Develops and supports interfaces to other systems
- Verifies and reconciles data entered into the CRM
- Assesses user requirements, designs, configure interfaces, and trains others
- Supports resolution of product/service issues, upgrades and problems
- Ensures database availability and functionality by quickly troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues
- Builds relationships with, coordinates with, and works with resellers as needed
- Performs end-user training and support on the CRM and Sharepoint systems
- Creates and maintains appropriate documentation on the use of the systems
- Resolves daily help desk issues
- Leads and executes database upgrades and data migration tasks between databases or across platforms
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must demonstrate the ability to be the subject matter expert on the company CRM and Sharepoint systems
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills for the ability to train others
- Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot as problems or changes arise; strong problem-solving and system analysis skills
- Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
- ·Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings is required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy is required
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (IT related preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience providing database user customer support, resolving user issues is preferred
- Prior CRM Administration experience preferred
- Prior SharePoint configuration experience preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies preferred
