Reports to: Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing (ADP)
  • Posting and Processing of General Journal Entries
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Processing
  • Human Resources Administration
  • Record Retention Organization (Filing)

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of Related Accounting Experience
  • Strong Computer Skills - Word; Excel; ERP and Payroll software systems
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
