Job Responsibilities
Assist project managers and estimators with the following:
- Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe safety practices and procedures
- Project planning and implementation of activities
- Procurement of labor, materials and equipment
- Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
- Meeting minutes development and updates
- Subcontractor coordination
- Estimating
- Contracts administration
- Cost control
- Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
- Customer success and satisfaction
- Strong computer and smart-phone skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to react quickly to requests of customers and superintendents
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Quantity takeoff for estimating
- Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
