**PLEASE NOTE: We are looking to specifically hire for part time weekends and weekday evenings primarily, but there are always a variety of shifts that open up in a week.**

Duties and Responsibilities
· Assessing, educating, fitting and assisting the customer
- Greeting the customer promptly and politely as they enter the storefront.
- Listening to the customer and asking questions to assess the customer’s needs.
- Educating the customer on the benefits of the products and general foot health.
- Retrieving shoes from the stock area for the customer and putting the shoes on their feet.
- Offering great suggestions to customers when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
· Maintaining a clean, presentable and safe storefront
· Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
· Maintaining an orderly, well-stocked inventory area
· Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications
· Retail experience preferred.
· Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special sales events.
· Professional dress required.
· Proficient computer skills.
· Patience, resiliency and persistence backed by an entrepreneurial spirit.
· Energy, enthusiasm and the ambition to flourish in a sales culture.
· Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Physical Requirements
· Employee must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to ~30 lbs.
· Employee must be able to climb a step-ladder while carrying boxes weighing >5 lbs.
· Employee must be able to squat and/or bend over for extended periods of time, to count and organize shoeboxes on the ground as well as to fit shoes on customers’ feet.
