THE ROLE:
We’re looking for…
An HR Generalist to support the strategic objectives of the organization, process management and various HR projects. In this role you will work closely with the HR Business Partners, and associates to maintain a people strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate an open, dynamic, and performance-driven culture.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Support the Director with various performance management, succession planning, and organizational development projects.
- Drive the People team processes from implementation, to documentation and maintenance.
- Assist with exit interviews and performance management meeting preparation.
- Analyze employee engagement scores and turnover to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and overall associate engagement.
- Manage People team initiatives and projects such as employee recognition, compliance training and culture focus groups.
- Support early career associates and partner with Talent Acquisition on an early career strategy.
- Focus on associate development and learning in partnership with other centers of excellence team members (Learning & Development and Compensation and Benefits).
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with employment laws.
- Support Immigration tracking and management in partnership with our immigration firm and associates.
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- 2+ years HR experience.
- Ability to flourish in a change environment and to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self-starter mentality
- A superb attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Tact and diplomacy for dealing with internal employee issues as well as external vendors and applicants.
- Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management, and eliminating barriers at any organizational level.
- You are curious and serve as the People ambassador to your clients.
- Keen interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree;
