We are looking to add an administrative assistant to our team! Come join our team in the fast paced enivronment of high end rugs, interior design services, and construction management.
Responsibilities
- Entering data
- Entering Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Credit Memos
- Tracking inventory and following up on receiving invoices for merchandise received.
- Contacting vendors regarding any damaged merchandise or backordered merchandise
- Organizing and filing office paperwork
- Tracking project materials for construction management projects
Skills
- Proven working experience with Quickbooks
- Expertise in office administration and data entry
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Adobe, and Keynote
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills'
- 'Financial Duties: Invoicing customers
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
