What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Rullex?
Rullex is a stable and continuously growing company with over 10 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can provide control, coordination, and management of data flow for strategic planning, management reporting, and budgeting.
Job Summary:
Control all income, expenses, and tangible assets to increase the value of assets and enable the company executives to receive precise data at any given moment. In order to achieve that, organize managerial and bookkeeping accounting and maintain the accounting system in such a way to make sure that it complies with requirements from the management and official agencies.
Duties/ Requirements:
- Be up-to-date about any external financial organization changes (Tax organizations, Banking, SBA, loans, Utilities, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of G-Suites, QuickBooks, MS Excel, PowerBi
- Analyzes monthly budget and revenue results to identify key growth drivers and trends.
- Accounting / GAAP knowledge
- Forecast monthly revenues, identify and communicate and implement growth opportunities to upper management
- Be digital and look for ways to automate all financial processes
- Create and analyze reports that deliver insights and trends into business performance across all company sales channels
- Regularly partner with other departments (Sales, Production and etc.) to analyze and report on the financial impact of decisions across the company
- Set goals on yearly profits and ensure that we reach the desired numbers
- Supervise and assist your juniors
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
- MBA in Finance, Economics or a related field is a plus
- 3 of experience as a Finance Manager, with both technical and management proficiency.
- Experience in Telecommunications construction, General construction or relevant industries
- Strong computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, G-Suite)
- Preferably have experience in B2B operations
- Can work with a multicultural organization and successfully organize and direct people
- A track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and implementing systems within a growing organization
Certificates, licenses, registration:
- CPA or CMA preferred
