On-Site Security Officer

What you will do:
Rumble is seekingan On-Site Security Officer who will be responsible for keeping our Longboat Key office secure.

Job Description:

• Conducts safety and security inspections of property by patrolling the property and grounds, to include inspection of doors, windows, and gates to ensure security
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties
• Patrols property to prevent and discover activity in violation of criminal, fire or safety codes
• Investigates all incidents and suspicious occurrences
• Handle security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Ability to read situations, and handle properly, using de-escalation techniques
• Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
• Promoting safety by being alert to observe, correct and report any hazards
• General understanding of Florida Law
• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 5 years of verifiable employment history
• Previous experience with close protection, private security, law enforcement, or military
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to providing quality customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current or previously held a class D or G security license
• Florida Conceal Carry Permit

Physical demands of the position:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time while using a computer and/or keyboard.
