Full Job Description

As a part of our team at Russ’ Restaurants, you’ll stay busy. Whether it’s interacting with our customers, preparing our famous Slim Gem Gourmet Sandwiches, or cleaning that

spot behind the oven, we’ll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help

wherever you’re needed. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at

restaurants is preferred, however not required. You must love great food,

hustling to help your team out, and keeping our customers happy.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect

starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career. Russ’ culture can be defined in one word: Family. We are a family-owned company, but more than that, our team has a “family” way of connecting and caring for one another. That’s why we have successfully been around since 1934!

• You’re on the move. You’ll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You’ll be cleaning, stocking, interacting with customers, and preparing food just to name a few tasks.
