Pay Range: $38-43.57/hour dependent on YOE
Brief Summary: This position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute, and scale employee volunteering program. The Specialist will work closely with the Sr. Director, ESG Social Strategy, and Head of Employee Volunteering to accelerate and scale the program globally.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate companywide volunteer initiatives
- Support third-party vendor relationships to drive employee engagement
- Assist with logistics for team volunteering initiatives
- Draft communications for internal engagement initiatives to drive participation and awareness of opportunities and programs
- Partner with the Workplace Services teams to execute in-office events
- Document volunteering operations and drive continuous innovation
- Partner with the communication and talent brand teams to share employee volunteer stories and amplify our culture of giving
- Analyze and organize data to provide insights into trends and reports on impact
- Create and update employee resources and templates for volunteer offerings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of applicable work experience in volunteer initiatives
- Experience in event planning preferable
- Demonstrated personal passion for ESG, corporate responsibility, social impact, philanthropy, community advocacy, diversity, and inclusion
- A track record of successfully working with global stakeholders
- Experience identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional presence as a role model of adaptability, tolerance, and creative problem-solving
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
