Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Understand the broad scope of services the company offers and increase business by educating existing or new clients on how our services can meet their needs
- Identify regulatory drivers for our services and build a plan to put us on the forefront of those drivers in our area
- Understand and assess contractual obligations before entering into agreements and uphold them throughout projects
- Manage relatively large complex projects involving multidisciplinary project teams
- Develop and maintain client relationships as the client contact for projects
- Develop strategy, scope of work, and budget for projects and manage project schedules and budgets
- Actively manage WIP and AR to meet company metrics
- Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards
- Design/Implement company policies and procedures
- Regular engagement with related professional societies and networking events
- Interact, negotiate and build credibility with regulatory agencies; and
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of engagement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proven ability to lead project teams
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5-10 years of experience in roadway improvements with ODOT involvement
- PE is required and the following pre-qualifications with DOT are preferred:
