Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Our real estate investment company is seeking a new Acquisitions Manager. We need a dedicated acquisition manager who can hold an amazing conversation with motivated sellers about selling their houses. A self-motivated individual who would want to put in as many hours in a week as it takes to build a truly amazing career with us. Aside from having sales skills, we are willing to mold your skills to a great career path.

We focus on buying, holding, and selling real estate properties for investment, cash buys, fix and flips, creative finance, and sales opportunities. We want to aggressively add to our portfolio and to grow the company strong. We are in a contact sport and are looking for individuals to sell their properties to us.

The ideal candidate is:

What you would do:

The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for making an offer to the motivated sellers and virtually wholesaling. You will be guided in evaluating properties to ensure that we make a solid purchase decision. Also, making sure that the sellers are taken care of with appointments and will go out (if needed) to secure the transaction, with the proper protocols of Covid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50K - $75K (base commission)
