Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Provides excellent customer service to company employees.
- Coordinates with Hiring Managers to hire qualified candidates for their open positions.
- Conducts phone screens and interviews applicants.
- Attends all job fairs.
- Coordinates background checks.
- Coordinates onboarding and orientation process.
- Extends verbal and written contingent job offers to candidates.
- Assists with Rutter’s career development program.
- Responsible for turnover and other recruiting reports.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants regarding benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to Human Resources & Recruiting Manager.
- Coordinates Assistant Manager nomination process and collects required documentation.
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality.
- Assists with Human Resources administrative tasks including:
- Downloading video footage.
- Processing documents and information in the HRIS system as needed.
- Helps manage HRIS system and updates processes as needed.
- Processes New Hire import.
- Responds to employee requests both for recruiting and Human Resource questions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
